Regenerative Research Group Clinic Map

David Kasteler and Josh | Regenerative Research Group | October 2026

As of 15 Oct 2026

This page maps the licensed clinics most likely to add regenerative biologics, red light, supplements and testing, sorted by type and size, with who usually signs off at each.

It describes the market, not your business. Counts cover the whole country and are banded on purpose.

Where the clinics sit

Physician practices covers every specialty, so the share that fits is a slice of that number. Medical spas and wellness clinics have no clean public count.

Where the fit is closest inside physician practices

Most physician offices will never be a buyer. The practices that add regenerative services tend to sit in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and aesthetic or plastic surgery.

Functional, integrative and longevity practices are a smaller group, but they often already sell red light, supplements and testing as cash services, so the conversation starts further along.

How size changes the conversation

In an office under twenty people the owner decides, often on the first or second call, and wants a simple answer on ordering and paperwork.

In a group practice the medical director brings in the administrator and purchasing, and asks for product documentation before a trial. Plan for more than one meeting and a longer path to the first order.

Where to start

Lead with the practice growth case

Your clinics page already frames the products as a way for a practice to expand its services. That is the case owner physicians and medical spa owners act on, so open with it to the people in the first rows of the table.

Give each rep a defined territory

Your site invites reps to sign up. Splitting the groups above by state and size gives each rep a defined list of clinics to work, rather than only the contacts they already know.

Send every yes to the clinic application

A clinic that says yes already has somewhere to go, the clinic application. Pointing outreach there lets marketing see which clinic types and sizes turn into accounts.

Built from public federal business statistics and the company's own website, counts banded deliberately.
